Job summary

The Dandy Partnership PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a versatile bartender who can craft signature cocktails, pour wines, and assist on the floor with service.

You’ll combine speed with precision and help create memorable experiences for guests. Engage guests at the bar and tables, recommend drinks to suit mood or meals, maintain a clean, stocked bar, and support the front-of-house team for seamless dining and drinking experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience behind the bar (restaurants, hotels, or bars welcome).
• Good knowledge of both cocktails and wines.
• A guest-focused attitude: personable, approachable, and engaging.
• A vibrant and positive personality that loves connecting with guests.
• Reliability, efficiency, and pride in presentation.
• Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant/bar.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Bartender who’s versatile, not only for signature and classic cocktails, but also have some knowledge of wine. Knowledge as a barista will be useful as well.
