Job Summary

We are looking for an engaging and energetic bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of cocktails, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Handle cash and POS transactions
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during service
• Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, specials, and promotions
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
