Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Prepare, plate and serve drinks and food according to recipes.
• Stay informed about menu offerings and share knowledge with customers.
• Calibrate machines daily to maintain product standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Receive and check inventory and perishables.
• Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team with opening and closing tasks.
• Report to the Cafe Manager.
