Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Beverage Preparation: Brewing coffee, operating espresso machines, grinding coffee beans, steaming and frothing milk for various espresso-based drinks, and preparing other specialty drinks like teas.
  • Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations for drinks.
  • Sales & Transactions: Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments, handling cash and card transactions.
  • Food Service: Preparing and serving food items, such as baked goods, sandwiches, and pastries, as per the menu.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment (espresso machines, grinders), and seating areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Restocking & Inventory: Monitoring and restocking supplies like coffee beans, milk, cups, and other consumables.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
