Job summary

THE ONE LIVEHOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all service operations at our livehouse. You will manage service staff, coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams, and maintain high hospitality standards while ensuring efficient operation and cost control.

You will lead manpower planning, staff scheduling, coaching, and performance monitoring to deliver excellent guest experiences, while supporting menu planning and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, bar, hospitality or F&B operations.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Customer-service oriented with professional complaint handling.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for an experienced F&B Manager to oversee the food and beverage service operations of our livehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards, managing staff and ensuring efficient coordination between the service, bar and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service operations

• Manage and supervise service staff and relevant F&B personnel

• Ensure consistent customer service and hospitality standards

• Plan manpower deployment, staff schedules and shift assignments

• Train, coach and monitor staff performance

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and operations teams

• Monitor inventory, wastage, stock levels and operational costs

• Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and service recovery

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and service standards within F&B areas

• Assist with menu, promotion and operational planning

• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, hygiene and operational requirements

• Support events, group bookings and special functions

• Prepare operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Relevant experience in restaurant, bar, hospitality or F&B operations

• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and staff-management skills

• Good understanding of restaurant and beverage service operations

• Customer-service oriented and able to handle complaints professionally

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Knowledge of inventory, cost control and staff scheduling will be an advantage
