Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service/guest contact roles, preferably in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Setup & service breakfast, lunch & dinner.
• Prepare for events and roll up of equipment.
• Implement beverage sequence of service.
• Conduct canapes & cocktail service.
• Brew coffee manually and with machines.
• Acquire basic F&B banquet knowledge.
• Read and understand F&B requirements from BEOs.
• Conduct an effective operations briefing for up to 10 casual staff.
• Know and align with MBS compliance.

Education
