Marina Bay Sands is seeking service-oriented staff experienced in guest relations to assist breakfast, lunch and dinner service and event setup. The role involves coffee preparation, canapes/cocktail service, and understanding F&B requirements from BEOs.

You will also lead briefings for casual staff and ensure compliance with MBS standards. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service within hospitality, and a strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization.

Aufgaben

• To be able to setup & service for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
• To be able to do preparation for event, eg: Roll up of equipment & BOH requirement.
• To possess types of beverage sequence of service.
• To be able to conduct and perform canapes/cocktail service.
• To be able to brew coffee for both manual and machines.
• To acquire basic F&B Banquets knowledge.
• To be able to read and understand F&B Requirement from BEOs.
• To be able to conduct an effective operations briefing for casuals (up to 10 casuals).
• To possess knowledge & Align with MBS compliance.
