Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum GCE O-Levels, ITE, or Diploma qualifications.
• Experience: Banking Call Centre/CS requires 12+ months; non-banking 24+ months; fresh grads welcome with 2–3 months CS exposure.
• Skills: Professional telephone etiquette, active listening, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Support: answer inquiries re bank accounts, loans and cards.
• Transaction Processing: accurately process secure customer requests, transfers and data updates.
• Product Promotion: promote banking products and self-service tools.
• Performance Metrics: meet targets for call resolution, service quality and schedule adherence.
