Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking Customer Service Officers to handle bank inquiries, process transactions, and promote digital banking tools. You will work on rotating AM/PM shifts, including weekends, with an emphasis on accuracy and customer care.

Candidates with a diploma or GCE O-Levels and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Prior call center or banking experience is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome as well.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Levels or Diploma qualifications.
• Professional telephone etiquette and active listening capabilities.
• Ability to work rotating or staggered shift patterns.
• Prior banking or call center experience is an advantage, though entry-level applicants are often welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, email, or chat inquiries regarding bank accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Process secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data updates accurately.
• Promote banking products, digital self-service tools, and credit services.
• Meet performance targets for call resolution, service quality, and adherence.
