Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a capable Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across multiple lines of business in Singapore. You will work with business, operations, technology, and group functions to design, migrate, and implement plans to ensure timely delivery.

You will validate requirements with customers and project teams, prepare detailed estimates and plans, and coordinate multiple teams to meet milestones and deliverables as assigned by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects across different lines of business
• Help business deliver training, design and execute migration and implementation plans with stakeholders
• Validate requirements with customer and project team to ensure solutions meet expectations
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases
• Coordinate one or more teams through requirement gathering and process flow
• Manage all aspects of projects to meet milestones
• Coordinate teams to ensure resources are available for project tasks
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases (duplicate line consolidated to one)
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Head of Business Management/COO
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
