Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Cloud Project Manager for a permanent role in Singapore. The candidate will lead large cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise technology projects within the banking and FI sector, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors in a large-scale program.

The role requires 8+ years in IT project management, strong governance, risk and budget management, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud, infrastructure or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong experience in banking, financial services or large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and vendors simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder, customer and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of enterprise cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong project governance, risk, budget and change-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or relevant certification is advantageous.
• AWS, Azure or Huawei Cloud experience/certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud, infrastructure and enterprise technology projects.
• Manage multiple projects, workstreams, resources, budgets, timelines and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional project teams of 10+ members across technical and business functions.
• Manage senior customer stakeholders and act as the key project interface.
• Coordinate and manage system integrators, technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Drive project planning, execution, implementation, transition and closure.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and overall project performance.
• Establish project governance, reporting and steering committee updates.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure projects meet agreed customer, commercial, quality and delivery objectives.
