Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a Six-Month Infrastructure Project Manager for a leading Singapore bank. You will plan, deliver, and govern infrastructure and workplace technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines and quality.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in infrastructure project management within banking, strong planning and risk management, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors to deliver projects independently.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in infrastructure project management, preferably within banking or finance.
• Hands-on experience managing infrastructure, workplace technology, migration or implementation projects.
• Strong project planning, risk and issue management, vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with structured project governance and delivery methodologies; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and delivery of infrastructure and workplace technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines and quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables; monitor progress and drive timely completion.
• Coordinate implementation activities across infrastructure, security, application and business teams to manage interdependencies.
• Identify risks, issues and delays; establish mitigation plans and elevate critical matters where needed.
• Manage internal stakeholders, sponsors and external vendors; chair meetings and track actions.
• Maintain project governance and reporting, including status updates, documentation, and closure activities.
