Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of business and transformation projects across multiple functions, ensuring deliverables are completed within scope, timelines and requirements.
Develop detailed project plans covering milestones, resources, dependencies and implementation activities; monitor progress throughout the lifecycle.
Lead requirements gathering and process mapping activities; translate business needs into clear project requirements and implementation documentation.
Plan and execute migration, implementation and business readiness activities, including coordination of user training and transition requirements.
Partner with stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk and Data Governance to coordinate project activities and resolve delivery issues.
Validate proposed solutions against business requirements and customer expectations; manage project risks, resources, issues and stakeholder updates through to successful delivery.
