GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead IT Project Manager to drive large-scale system implementations within the banking sector. You will coordinate stakeholders, oversee PMO activities, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

The role requires strong PM knowledge, excellent communication, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams with business users and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
• PMO/PM experience in banking or financial services is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/financial services.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing system implementation projects in PM/PMO roles.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project management and stakeholder coordination for large-scale system implementations.
• Oversee end-to-end operational workflow improvement projects in the banking sector.
• Liaise with business users, IT teams, vendors to gather requirements and coordinate deliverables.
• Monitor milestones, track tasks, and manage issues and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address dependencies and governance.
