Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Production Support Analyst to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical banking applications. You will manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous service improvement across distributed systems.

The role requires 6–9 years of IT production support experience in a high-availability banking environment, with strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM application knowledge, MS SQL Server and Oracle

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of hands-on IT production support experience in high-availability banking/financial services.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM application support and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Problem Management: Provide L2/L3 support for core banking channels, resolving issues within SLAs.
• Major Incident Communication: Lead communications to management, stakeholders and technical teams during outages.
• System Remediation & Maintenance: Troubleshoot batch jobs (Control-M, SSIS), perform DB maintenance, DR/BCP exercises.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with L1/L3 teams to deliver long-term fixes and changes.
