Job summary

Resona Merchant Bank Asia Limited is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and related security controls in our Singapore office. You will maintain end-user environments, manage network devices, firewalls, and backup platforms, and provide user support for vendor-managed banking applications and SWIFT Lite2.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS and at least four years' experience in infrastructure or information security, plus

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years' experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or information security.
• Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Servers and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure, firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Experience in user administration and operational support for business-critical applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory and Windows Server environments, including users and groups.
• Create, maintain and troubleshoot GPOs for Windows servers/workstations.
• Manage DNS/DHCP, domain controller health and replication.
• Administer and support on-premises Exchange, mailboxes and distributions.
• Troubleshoot mail flows and Outlook connectivity.
• Support email security administration and spam filtering.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and licensing.
• Manage Windows 11 endpoints via GPO and security baselines.
• Monitor endpoint security alerts and coordinate remediation.
• Configure and maintain Cisco switches and VLANs.
• Maintain FortiGate firewalls and security profiles.
• Monitor firewall/network events and investigate alerts.
• Provide SWIFT Lite2 user support including token management.
• Coordinate authentication token activation and issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting user access and connectivity with SWIFT vendor.
• Maintain backup/recovery platforms (Acronis and Veeam) and perform recovery testing.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, docs, asset inventories, and configuration records.
• Participate in change management, DR exercises, and after-hours support.
• Support audits with logs and evidence including SWIFT CSP assessments.
• Administer user accounts and access permissions for infrastructure platforms and vendor apps.
