Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in system administration or infra operations in regulated enterprise or banking environment.
• Strong ownership, risk awareness, and adherence to security baselines.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration, server hardware, and storage.
• Familiarity with incident handling, RCA, change management, and automation basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations and maintenance of server and storage hardware.
• Administer Windows and Linux OS for reliability and security baselines.
• Manage middleware and database platform installation, configuration, patching.
• Administer virtualization and VDI platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, Horizon View).
• Maintain enterprise backups, scheduling, monitoring and restoration.
• Conduct capacity and baseline management plus health checks.
• Perform basic DBA tasks for Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Respond to incidents, RCA, and track corrective actions.
• Participate in changes, upgrades, patching with proper change control.
• Develop automation scripts and documentation.
