HR-Pro Recruitment Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and maintain IT systems within a financial/commercial environment in Singapore. You will support daily IT operations, network maintenance, and infrastructure management to ensure secure, reliable performance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, managing user accounts and access rights, monitoring networks, and contributing to IT audits and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience working with banks or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for daily IT operations, network maintenance, and infrastructure management to ensure system reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT system, network performance, and infrastructure issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Manage and configure user accounts, permissions, and access rights to uphold system security and compliance
• Monitor network operations using foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPN) to maintain optimal performance
• Perform shift duties to provide monitoring and smooth operation of IT systems and networks (no overnight shift)
• Contribute professional insights during IT audits and address identified gaps to strengthen IT controls
• Develop and implement ad hoc IT solutions and recommendations as directed by the Department Head
