HR-Pro Recruitment Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain IT systems and network infrastructure within a financial environment in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring continuous, secure, and efficient operations across IT operations, security, and compliance.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage user access, monitor networks, and participate in IT audits, with opportunities to implement ad hoc IT solutions as directed by the Department Head.

Qualificações

• Bank/financial institution experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical support for daily IT operations, network maintenance, and infrastructure management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT system, network performance, and infrastructure issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage and configure user accounts, permissions, and access rights to uphold system security and compliance.
• Monitor network operations using foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPN).
• Perform shift duties to provide monitoring and smooth operation of IT systems and networks (no overnight shift).
• Contribute professional insights during IT audits and address identified gaps to strengthen IT controls.
• Develop and implement ad hoc IT solutions and recommendations as directed by the Department Head.
