Job summary

ITCAN Singapore is recruiting for a Customer Service Officer (Alexandra Rd.) to support a banking client on a 1-year project. The role requires handling inbound calls, case follow‑through, and strict confidentiality with a 7am–10pm staggered shift pattern as needed.

Fresher-friendly with training provided; open to candidates with any background who are reliable, articulate, and customer‑minded. The position is on payroll with ITCAN Singapore and involves weekend/public holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Open for Fresher's; training will be provided.
• Minimum of ITE, O levels.

Responsibilities

• Inbound call handling for accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries.
• Fulfillment follow-through on case handling with customers.
• Ensure compliance & control standards; maintain confidentiality of bank and customer information.
• Overtime is required based on workload.
