Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a customer service professional for a 12-month contract at our Changi location. You will handle inquiries via phone and live chat, providing professional service and updating CRM with each interaction.

The role requires strong English communication, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced contact centre.

Qualifications

• A' Levels or Diploma with relevant working experience.
• FI/Banking/Insurance/Contact Centre experience is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
• Written and spoken English proficiency.
• Customer-oriented, pleasant and detail-focused.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced contact centre.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone calls and online live chat.
• Provide professional, prompt and accurate customer service.
• Update customer interactions and information accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers within the agreed timeline.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant management team.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to fulfil customer service requests.
• Ensure service requests are completed within stipulated service standards.
• Work as part of a team to clear customer service queues efficiently.
• Attend required training sessions and team huddles.
• Support other projects and duties assigned by management.
