Responsibilities

• Support the Contact Centre team in handling customer enquiries across banking products and services.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally while meeting established SLAs.
• Understand customers' needs and provide accurate information and first-call resolution where possible.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through service and product knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback, identify recurring issues and trends, and recommend service improvements.
• Process customer requests, including fee and charge waivers, accurately within the SLA.
• Adhere to duty rosters and operational schedules.
• Ensure all customer interactions meet service quality standards and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
