Job summary

Bank of China Singapore is looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join our call centre team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with credit card enquiries, disputes, payments, and other banking services.

You will verify customers, update records, and resolve issues per procedures, while ensuring PDPA compliance. The role requires a 24/7 rotating shift, including nights, weekends and holidays, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in call centre, customer service, or banking is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and computer applications.
• Willing and able to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
• Knowledge of credit card or banking products will be an advantage.
