The role requires strong Linux/AIX/UNIX troubleshooting, Oracle SQL skills, and experience with AppDynamics and Control-M. Prior WebSphere/Jboss familiarity and Jira ticket management are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in application support, banking domain preferred.
• 6+ years in application and production support overall.
• Experience with Linux/AIX/UNIX system troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident, problem management, RCA.
• Oracle databases, SQL and performance tuning.
• AppDynamics for monitoring and Control-M for scheduling.
• Jboss administration and WebSphere familiarity.
• Experience with Jira ticket management and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Handle enhancements, maintenance, and functional testing across environments.
• Investigate production incidents with RCA and log analysis.
• Perform database investigations using Oracle SQL to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance with AppDynamics and manage batch jobs with Control-M.
• Troubleshoot Jboss and WebSphere for maintenance and defects.
• Assist with disaster recovery and failover operations for critical systems.
• Use Linux/AIX/UNIX and Shell scripting to automate support tasks.
• Manage Jira tickets and coordinate with clients and technical teams.
