Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a 1 Year Contract Bank HR Operations & Process Improvement Specialist (Shared Services) to manage day-to-day HR operations and handle employee enquiries. You will support governance, reporting and service delivery across HR platforms.

Responsibilities include process mapping, SOP development, UAT support, and driving HR transformation initiatives with HR teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or Employee Services.
• Experience with HR governance or employee lifecycle administration is advantageous.
• Exposure to process mapping, requirements gathering, UAT or HR transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee enquiries across shared mailboxes and self-service channels.
• Administer key employee services including Pass renewals, leave claims, verification, HR transactions and recognition programmes.
• Maintain HR records, dashboards, trackers and operational reports; support statutory submissions and governance.
• Review HR workflows; develop SOPs and operating procedures; identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Gather business requirements and support UAT, implementation and change management for HR processes and digitalisation.
• Partner with HR teams, vendors and stakeholders on Operational Excellence projects including automation and reporting.
