Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Operations Executive for a 1-Year contract based in Singapore. The role focuses on HR operations, data analytics, reporting and driving process improvements within a healthcare organisation.

You will support the HR Business Partner, contribute to HR analytics, automation and transformation initiatives, and help optimise HR workflows across the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner with day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters
• Prepare and analyse HR data and reports to support business and HR requirements
• Work with large datasets and translate information into meaningful reports and insights
• Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes and operational efficiency
• Support automation and digitalisation of HR workflows
• Assist with HR projects, transformation initiatives and process improvements
• Coordinate with stakeholders on HR operational and project matters
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned
