Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a temporary bank retail associate in Central, Singapore. You will greet customers, promote bank accounts and debit cards, and guide applicants through the digital onboarding process to ensure submissions are accurate.

You will handle basic banking inquiries, maintain a friendly, energetic service mindset, and work toward daily sales targets in a roadshow setting from 10 Nov to 31 Dec 2026. Salary is up to SGD 14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum A level/Diploma/undergrad are welcome.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident, and sales-driven personality.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Customer service experience or sales experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a welcoming manner and provide customer-centric service.
• Proactively promote bank accounts and debit cards and share product knowledge.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and contribute to daily sales targets.
• Guide customers through the digital account opening and submissions, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide clear and friendly information on products, promotions, features and benefits.
• Assist customers with basic banking inquiries and direct them to appropriate channels.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding.
• Maintain basic housekeeping.
