Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is offering a 3-month casual role in Central and West Singapore. The position requires greeting customers, promoting bank accounts and debit cards, and guiding customers through digital account openings.

You will handle basic inquiries and ensure compliant onboarding, with shifts between 9am and 7pm on weekends when required. Open to candidates with A levels or diplomas; strong communication and sales skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident, and sales-driven personality.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a welcoming manner, always maintain a professional and customer-centric approach.
• Proactively engage customers to promote bank account and debit card and sharing of product knowledge.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and contribute to daily sales targets.
• Guide customers through the digital account opening and application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.
• Provide clear and friendly assistance on products, promotions, features, and benefits.
• Assist customers with basic banking enquiries and direct them to appropriate channels when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements during customer onboarding.
• Maintain basic housekeeping.
