You will operate bandsaw machines and knives to break down, trim, and portion meat cuts accurately to maximize yield and minimize waste. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, blade tension checks, and routine adjustments for different meat types; ensure safety and hygiene by following standards and wearing PPE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating bandsaws in meat processing.
• Good knowledge of meat cuts and butchery techniques.
• Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and cold-room working environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate bandsaw machines and knives to break down, trim, and portion meat cuts.
• Set blade tension and maintain equipment for different meat types.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards, wear PPE, and sanitize work areas daily.
