Job summary

BreadTalk Singapore is seeking a hands-on Outlet Supervisor to manage cashier operations, kitchen prep, and frontline service. You will ensure accurate cash handling, assist customers, and maintain product knowledge across breads, toppings, and promotions.

You will lead by example, schedule shifts, uphold hygiene standards, and coordinate cake orders, deliveries, and packaging. The role requires leadership, resilience under pressure, and a customer‑first mindset to deliver delicious experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum a GCE A-Level or Diploma.
• 3 years’ F&B or retail experience, with at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership and management qualities.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good interpersonal skills and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Problem solver with decisive mindset.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cashier and lobby duties; manage cash, deposits, and POS usage.
• Provide customer service, answer inquiries, explain promotions, and upsell.
• Maintain hygiene and organize workstation; ensure cleanliness.
• Prepare toppings, fillings, and bake processes per SOP.
• Coordinate cake orders, deliveries and packaging.
• Assist in stock management and outlet operations; monitor QSC checks.
• Assist recruitment and conduct month-end stock takes.
• Liaise with external vendors and oversee 1–2 outlets.
