Job summary

Cloudmills Bakery is seeking a hands-on Bakery Supervisor / Assistant Manager in Singapore. You will oversee daily bakery operations, supervise front-of-house and ensure high-quality customer experiences.

The role requires leadership, strong hospitality focus and the ability to manage cash, inventory and hygiene standards. Shifts include weekends and public holidays; growth opportunities are available within Cloudmills Bakery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in F&B, bakery, café, retail or hospitality operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Bakery, café or specialty food experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and take ownership of daily operations.
• Good understanding of POS, cash handling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bakery operations and ensure opening/closing readiness.
• Provide warm, friendly customer service and lead by example.
• Supervise service crew and allocate duties per shift.
• Assist with sales initiatives and ensure accurate cash handling and POS use.
• Monitor inventory, packaging, and wastage; coordinate with production."
• Maintain high hygiene, safety and presentation standards throughout the bakery.
