Job summary

BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Cashier to handle transactions accurately during busy periods. You will be familiar with POS machines and interfaces, ensuring promotions, discounts, voids, and cash vouchers are processed correctly.

You will also assist customers at the lobby, upsell products, name all items, and maintain cleanliness and adherence to food hygiene and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience handling transactions during rush hours.
• Familiar with POS machine interfaces and functions.
• Able to maintain accuracy in purchases, returns, and cancellations.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and non-cash transactions efficiently during peak hours.
• Familiarize customers with promotions, discounts, and staff meals.
• Process opening and closing POS procedures following SOP.
• Prepare and manage cash deposits according to SOP.
• Assist in packing breads and respond to customer enquiries.
• Ensure food hygiene, health, and safety guidelines are followed.
