Job summary

BREADTALK PTE LTD is looking for a hands-on kitchen supervisor to manage the Kitchen, Topping, Table and Oven sections in our Singapore outlets. You will ensure proper topping processes, ingredient controls, proper baking times, and overall quality across products.

You will also oversee general station hygiene, staff training, recruitment support, and stock management to keep the outlet running efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Chef/kitchen staff must process toppings for bread and danish types according to SOP
• Prepare ingredients and fillings for all bun type products
• Learn all products and know ingredients for each product
• Dispense freshly baked products in an organized manner
• Know and use the right ingredients per product at correct weights
• Perform shaping for sweet buns, Danish, Euro, and toast
• Ensure correct temperature and time settings for baking
• Maintain hygienic station and kitchen environment
• Organize kitchen areas and ensure equipment is in good condition
• Schedule manpower to achieve operation effectiveness
• Coach and provide feedback to staff on product quality
• Assist in recruitment and interview of new staff
• Conduct month-end stock take and manage outlet's P&L
• Liaise with cleaners and pest control vendors
• Train staff in main training outlet per zone
