Job summary

Cloudfields Pte Ltd is seeking a Bakery Supervisor / Assistant Manager to lead daily bakery operations in Singapore, ensure top-tier customer service, and supervise front-of-house while coordinating with the production team.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in F&B/bakery, and a hands-on approach to cash handling, POS systems, inventory and shift coverage. Willingness to work weekends and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in F&B, bakery, cafe, retail or hospitality operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Bakery, cafe or specialty food experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lead a team and manage daily operations.
• Good understanding of POS systems, cash handling and basic inventory management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Locals / WP applicants welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bakery operations with the management team.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation in the bakery.
• Display products attractively, label and replenish as needed.
• Coordinate with production on replenishment and inventory.
• Maintain service standards and cash/digital payment handling.
• Provide warm, professional service and supervise service crew.
• Monitor daily sales and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure accurate cash, card and digital payment handling.
