Job summary

Changi Airport Group seeks a dynamic High-Level Control Manager to lead the Baggage Handling System (BHS) High-Level Control (HLC) operations.

You will oversee the O&M contractor, ensure high availability, cybersecurity compliance, and risk mitigation for critical baggage processing." The role requires 5+ years in enterprise IT networks with relevant certifications, plus expertise in ISO27001 and cybersecurity methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise IT networks with security focus.
• CCNP and CISSP/CISM certifications are preferred.
• Experience with ISO27001 and CCoP frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BHS O&M contractor to ensure high availability and cybersecurity standards.
• Analyze system data and use analytics to identify risks and performance issues.
• Lead trials and projects to enhance the BHS HLC system with new tech.
• Diagnose and resolve network and software issues efficiently.
• Oversee EOS/EOL of software and hardware and plan timely upgrades.
• Define project requirements, procure resources, and manage site acceptance testing.
• Implement Business Continuity Plans to minimize BHS disruptions.
• Coordinate with O&M contractors and cybersecurity consultants for compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ISO27001 and CII Code of Practice, with vulnerability assessments.
