• Formulating baggage operations requirements for design of BHS and related facilities.
• Developing future baggage operating concepts and support trials; drive projects and gain buy-in.
• Lead operational planning for major baggage system replacement programs.
• Ensure smooth operationalisation of new baggage infra via tabletop exercises and trials.
• Lead and coach a small team to deliver key outcomes.
