Job summary

Changi Airport Group seeks a seasoned professional to lead BHS upgrading, renewal and asset replacement within a live terminal environment. You will coordinate with O&M teams, contractors and authorities to ensure safe, on-schedule execution and seamless integration with ongoing baggage operations.

The role emphasizes project leadership, risk management and performance improvement across testing, commissioning and handover during the Terminal 3 Upgrading programme.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Control Systems, Computer Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Relevant professional engineering or technical qualifications will be advantageous.
• Minimum 8–10 years of engineering, project execution or BHS experience in mission-critical environments.
• Experience in live brownfield operation, interfaces, deployment risks and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee execution of BHS upgrading, renewal and asset replacement works.
• Monitor progress, cost, resources, risks and milestones with corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure seamless integration of works within the live airport environment and handover activities.
• Coordinate with O&M teams, contractors, airlines, GHAs and authorities to manage interfaces.
