PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and boost brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives and end-to-end account management.

You will manage pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales activities, ensure data accuracy, pricing, and documentation, and coordinate with HQ on returns and shipments. Strong MS Office skills and 5+ years in B2B are required.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B environments, focusing on manufacturing, electronics, or FMCG distribution.
• Proven experience in client management and order fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in data management tools, including MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Manage all phases of sales, including pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales to foster strong client relationships.
• Ensure accuracy of customer data, pricing, and system records; handle rebates and accounts receivable.
• Oversee PSI reports, monitor market trends and budgets to manage stock effectively.
• Coordinate logistics with third-party providers for shipments and collaborate with headquarters on returns and documentation.
• Analyze sales data to support product lifecycle management and operational efficiency.
• Identify and propose improvements for process inefficiencies, contributing to audit preparations as needed.
