ALLINTON ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to support customers across Singapore's industrial, engineering and commercial sectors. You will handle enquiries, recommend products, prepare quotations and coordinate orders from enquiry to fulfilment.

This role suits a customer-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving and working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or similar roles.
• Experience in B2B sales or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple enquiries and orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and tenders.
• Follow up on quotations to convert orders.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics to fulfill orders.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in ERP.
• Support sales reports and forecasts.
