Job summary

Banner Industries Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a self-starter, technically minded Inside Sales professional to support a distribution team in growing existing business and meeting monthly sales quotas.

You will generate new and repeat sales, handle orders and CRM, and liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery. A diploma or degree and 2–3 years of experience are required, with English and Chinese fluency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree required.
• 2-3 years inside sales or distribution experience preferred.
• English and Chinese communication skills.
• Experience in industrial distribution is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales with product and technical information.
• Determine customer requirements and recommend products and solutions.
• Process orders, quotes, or returns accurately.
• Provide availability and delivery information to customers.
• Cross-sell, up-sell and promote promotional items.
• Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions.
• Communicate pricing, terms, and conditions per procedures.
• Build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
