Job summary

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR; proficient in English.
• 1–3 years of B2B industrial product sales experience; HVAC/building automation experience preferred.
• Results-oriented and proactive, able to work independently under sales targets.
• Basic understanding of industrial products and ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; customer service mindset.
• Candidates with no prior experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia, including M&E contractors, building consultants, system integrators and HVAC distributors.
• Promote actuators, dampers and explosion-proof products, and provide customers with quotations and technical solutions.
• Follow up sales leads, conduct commercial negotiations, close orders and maintain long-term relationships.
• Maintain customer CRM records and submit weekly sales reports, sales forecasts and market feedback.
