Job summary

CONINCO Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive direct sales of HVLS industrial fans and workplace safety solutions in the Singapore market.

You will develop new customers, conduct site visits, deliver technical proposals and on-site demos, and close orders. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of B2B industrial product sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within Singapore for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Sales & Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of B2B industrial product sales experience.
• Experience in HVAC, HVLS Fans, industrial equipment and workplace safety products is a plus.
• Strong direct sales and new business development capabilities.
• Proven experience in prospecting, cold calling and customer visits.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel within Singapore for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development of HVLS Fans and workplace safety products in Singapore.
• Proactively develop new customers through cold calling, site visits, exhibitions and networks.
• Identify potential customers and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, technical proposals and on-site demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and follow up on orders.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to provide solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
