Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Executive (FMCG) to coordinate order processing, delivery and returns while driving growth in a fast-paced market.

You will liaise with cross‑functional teams to execute brand, marketing and e‑commerce activities and leverage data analytics to optimize performance. The role requires a Diploma or higher, at least two years in e-commerce sales, a proven B2B closing track record, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of e-commerce sales experience in FMCG or related industries.
• Proven track record of closing complex enterprise/B2B deals.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong cold-calling and business development experience.
• Proficient in using CRM systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
• Execute activities driven by data analytics.
• Identify strategic business partnerships.
• Implement e-commerce activities across platforms.
• Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders via delivery service.
• Ensure all work orders are picked & packed per specifications.
• Perform goods release, shipments & collection where necessary.
• Standby duties for weekends & public holidays.
• Perform warehouse operations to achieve KPI targets.
• Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes across digital platforms.
• Provide insights on technology strategy and roadmap development.
• Establish annual, monthly, weekly or daily sales plans and schedule activities to hit targets.
