Job summary

Reeracoen Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic E-Commerce Sales Executive to drive online sales channels in Singapore. The role involves coordinating orders, liaising with marketing and brand teams, and leveraging data analytics to improve performance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement e-commerce activities, monitor fulfilment, and support weekend/public holiday standby duties as needed. Prior experience in ecommerce and local market awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing e-commerce sales and order processing.
• Ability to analyse data to drive sales and marketing decisions.
• Familiarity with Singapore retail and F&B channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
• Execute activities driven by data analytics to optimise sales.
• Identify strategic business partnerships to grow EC channel.
• Monitor fulfilment and ensure orders are picked and packed per specifications.
