Job summary

Motoserv Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development/Sales professional to grow our corporate account base.

You will source new B2B clients, build relationships with fleet operators, SMEs, and insurers, and promote Motoserv and KlarDetail services to key accounts. Collaborate with operations and marketing to tailor service delivery, follow up leads, and close deals to meet targets. The role involves visiting clients with own transport, across multiple locations islandwide, 5

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales or business development.
Experience in automotive industry is advantageous.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Own transport preferred for client visits.

Responsibilities

Source and develop new B2B corporate accounts to expand the corporate customer base.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet companies, SMEs, insurance partners, dealerships, workshops, and corporate clients.
Promote Motoserv and KlarDetail services and packages to target clients.
Follow up on sales leads and close sales opportunities to meet targets.
Maintain customer accounts and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies and service delivery.
