Job summary

National University Hospital's Service Academy is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager to shape recognition platforms and champion initiatives that elevate service culture across the organization.

You will coordinate quarterly service awards, engage stakeholders across HR and external partners, and organise learning experiences while supporting co-training, e-learning and coaching efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development or related field; ACTA/DDLP advantage.
• 3–5 years in learning & development, awards management, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for service excellence and recognition; independent yet collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly internal service awards coordination and external submissions.
• Consolidate evidence, manage scoring, and liaise with committees for award events.
• Drive improvement projects for awards systems using automation / APIs.
• Collaborate with HR and external partners to boost award participation.
• Organise site visits and curate experiences to motivate staff.
• Support co-training, e-learning and service coaching within the Academy.
