Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Change Analyst to help build and scale the Group's Process Mining capability, turning system data into transparent customer and operations journeys and measurable value.

You will translate insights into business cases, support digital transformation, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver cross-functional initiatives across the bank.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, analytics or related fields.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Structured problem-solving with data-driven approaches and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help build and scale the Group's Process Mining capability with analytical approaches.
• Reconstruct customer and operational journeys using system data to identify inefficiencies.
• Translate insights into business cases and practical transformation concepts.
• Support the development and scaling of technology-enabled solutions through to value realisation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and apply them to business challenges and priorities.
• Develop analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders to drive transformation outcomes.
