Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) is seeking a proactive Risk and Transformation Lead to oversee risk, compliance and transformation initiatives. You will manage end-to-end risk matters, ensure policy adherence, and drive third-party risk management and governance across the department.

You will champion AI, automation and re-engineering efforts to achieve sustainable efficiency while maintaining strong controls and risk standards aligned with OCBC values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of banking, risk, or project management experience.
• Knowledge of risk management or third‑party/vendor risk frameworks preferred.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess departmental risks across operational, process, and compliance areas.
• Partner with risk management teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Oversee end-to-end risk governance and lead audit engagements.
• Embed efficient, scalable controls that support innovation and disciplined risk management.
