Job summary

This role requires 5+ years in financial services BA, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a culturally diverse, distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA experience in financial services, especially corporate internet/mobile banking
• Composite of 70% business knowledge and 30% IT knowledge in digital space
• Strong analytical, stakeholders consensus, and communication skills
• Able to articulate requirements and design business processes for web/mobile
• Experience with SDLC and Agile/SCRUM delivery, and cross-country collaboration
• Familiar with AI-assisted delivery tools, PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, Confluence, JIRA, UML

Responsibilities

• Engage business managers to articulate and document requirements
• Elicit, prioritise, and analyse requests; design workflows and interfaces for web/mobile
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of web/mobile releases, ensuring compatibility and security
• Coordinate with engineering, project offices, and vendors for compliant solutions
• Ensure regional consistency while considering local regulatory differences
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms
• Prepare/test scenarios and support SIT/UAT to meet business needs
• Maintain early issue resolution and stakeholder expectations
• Provide SME support to security/risk teams and architecture committees
