Job Purpose

The role is to be responsible for the end-to-end management of our credit card products, driving strategy, performance, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for credit card offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop optimised processes to ensure successful ongoing management of the credit card products
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyse customer feedback to identify needs and opportunities for product enhancements
  • Monitor key performance metrics, use data to drive decision‑making and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience and drive profitability
  • Oversee the budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking
